Enterprise Communications Manager

About the role

As an Enterprise Communications Manager you will shape and execute digital communication strategies that support Procter & Gamble’s business objectives in Germany. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure the brand’s story reaches audiences across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain digital communication platforms and channels for P&G Germany.
• Create compelling storytelling content – texts, images, videos, podcasts, and newsletters.
• Coordinate communication efforts across live, online, social, and print media.
• Collaborate with multifunctional teams, external partner agencies, and the broader communications department.
• Monitor digital performance, produce real‑time analytics reports, and optimise metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in online communications or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of professional experience in digital communications or journalism.
• Fluent in German (native/C2) and English with strong writing skills.
• Structured, detail‑oriented work style and ability to integrate messages across media channels.
• Experience editing content for diverse target groups.
