Enterprise Sales Manager – Benelux (With French)

About the role

Elavon, a subsidiary of U.S. Bank, is seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager for the Benelux region. The role focuses on acquiring large enterprise merchants in Belgium through our new partnership with Bancontact, driving growth for the Retail vertical.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to hand‑off to relationship managers.
• Maintain and grow a sales pipeline aligned with targets.
• Negotiate and close high‑value enterprise deals with senior executives.
• Build and sustain a referral network to generate additional leads.
• Collaborate closely with relationship managers and the partnership team to expand existing accounts.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth deal execution.
• Travel within Belgium and Luxembourg as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the payments or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of the Belgian payments landscape and competitive environment.
• Excellent networking and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluent in French (as indicated by the role title).
• Self‑motivated individual contributor capable of managing complex sales cycles.
