Entry-Level Asset Technician – Data Center Operations

About the role

Titanicom is looking for an entry‑level Asset Technician to join its international data‑center team. The position offers structured training and the chance to work on large‑scale IT infrastructure projects across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily asset operation and management within data‑center environments.
• Execute warehouse access registration and handle asset inbound/outbound processes following standard procedures.
• Maintain asset inventory, verify data, track assets and keep records up to date.
• Use asset‑management systems and ticketing platforms to complete work orders in line with SLA requirements.
• Assist with storage, transportation, deployment and lifecycle management of IT equipment.
• Ensure compliance with operational and safety procedures to protect data and assets.
• Support project implementation, site coordination and process‑optimization activities.
• Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and asset accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, IT, Computer Science or related fields.
• Strong sense of responsibility, quick learning ability and execution capability.
• Good communication skills, teamwork mindset and attention to detail.
• Self‑discipline and ability to adapt to operational work environments.
• Fluency in local language plus English or Chinese.
• Fresh graduates and junior candidates are welcome.
