Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential leads through cold‑calling, email outreach and social‑media messaging.
• Qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings for senior sales colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and lead status.
• Collaborate with mentors and internal teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in Germany without sponsorship or visa support.
• Highly proactive, eager to learn and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
