About the role

Join Pareto’s entry‑level graduate scheme focused on sales, customer service and account management. This programme is designed for recent graduates who are fluent in German and eager to start a commercial B2B career.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients in German‑speaking markets.
Support customers through the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
Assist account managers with day‑to‑day client communications and service delivery.
Contribute to team targets and collaborate on commercial initiatives.

Required profile

A university degree in any discipline.
Strong ambition, willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in German.
High attention to detail and a solid work ethic.
