About the role

The position focuses on the development and design of communication modules that convert digital data into modulated high‑frequency signals (200 MHz – 60 GHz). You will work on digital signal processing systems and support the integration of RF components into satellite payloads.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop communication modules for digital‑to‑RF signal conversion.
• Create digital signal‑processing architectures for high‑frequency applications.
• Support system blocks such as RF amplifiers, modulators, mixers, oscillators and power supplies.
• Present development results and coordinate with satellite manufacturers.
• Document all development work according to company standards and follow the product through manufacturing, testing and satellite integration.

Required profile

• Completed degree in communications engineering, electrical engineering, physics or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of digital and high‑frequency technology.
• Experience in designing and simulating electronic circuits.
• Independent, creative work style with good communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• ECAD tools such as Siemens or Altium.
• LabVIEW, MATLAB, Python.
• Simulation tools like SPICE, CST, ADS.
• Use of RF measurement equipment (network and spectrum analyzers).
• Familiarity with digital signal processing concepts.
