Environmental Health Safety Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an Environmental Health Safety (EHS) Coordinator to support our Berlin operations. You will work in a dynamic consulting environment, collaborating with international teams and contributing to safety initiatives across projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare weekly EHS reports.
• Assist with site inspections and follow‑up documentation.
• Organize and distribute documents to operational teams.
• Create and update presentations and trackers.
• Manage SharePoint document libraries.
• Execute direct tasks from the EHS Site Manager.
• Provide general coordination and administrative support.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Good knowledge of SharePoint.
• Proficient in English.
• Prior EHS knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory.
