Equipment Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our Mechanical Engineering team in Frankfurt. You will support preventative and unplanned maintenance, machine upgrades, and testing for a range of process machinery in an innovative American-owned environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.
• Execute machine upgrades, testing, and documentation of results.
• Support preventive‑maintenance schedules and maintain accurate maintenance logs.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Production teams to resolve issues.
• Identify and propose equipment or process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in industrial maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong aptitude for mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Basic computer literacy and math skills.
• Excellent communication in English and a safety‑first mindset.
