Equipment Program Repair Officer – MRO Projects

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is seeking an Equipment Program Repair Officer to join its transnational MRO team in Donauwörth. You will oversee the end‑to‑end performance of a specific equipment program, ensuring timely repairs and optimal turnaround times.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor global flow performance of the assigned program and generate regular action plans.
• Manage priorities within the MRO community to guarantee on‑time delivery and meet turnaround targets.
• Identify and anticipate bottlenecks by maintaining a list of critical items.
• Serve as the main contact for Front Office, RBH, and Pool to capture and validate priorities.
• Request arbitrations at the Program Support Office level when needed.
• Provide analysis on PIL positions, on‑time release, and back‑orders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Several years of experience in an international environment, preferably in logistics, IT, manufacturing or quality.
• Proven project‑ and stakeholder‑management experience.
• Strong commitment, problem‑solving drive and ability to manage conflicts in a multicultural setting.
• Fluent in English and German.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of SAP (EC2) modules.
