ERP Logistics Specialist (d/f/m)

About the role

Airbus is seeking an ERP Logistics Specialist (d/f/m) to support the ARP (Airbus Resources Planning) program. Based at the largest civil aircraft production site in Hamburg, you will work in a multi‑functional, SAFe/Agile team to drive logistics digitalisation using SAP technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyse new logistics concepts and implement SAP EWM, S/4HANA and TMS solutions.
• Capture complex business boundaries and operational needs through analysis and workshops.
• Act as the primary liaison between product management and customers to ensure process integrity.
• Collaborate within Multi‑Functional Teams to align solutions with global strategy and operational constraints.
• Prepare “Status Quo” vs. “To Be” documentation for stakeholders.
• Monitor external business trends to support and challenge business requirements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Informatics, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
• Some experience in complex SAP development and deployment (MM, SD, EWM, QM, S/4HANA).
• Certification in SAP EWM (including SAP S/4HANA) is preferred.
• Background in aerospace, automotive or defence industries.
• Ability to work in a demanding, multicultural, multi‑functional environment.
• Understanding of SAFe/Agile methodologies and project management.
