European Aftersales Warranty Manager (EV)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced professional to establish and lead the warranty and claim system for Xiaomi EV’s European market. You will be responsible for building processes during the preparation phase and managing operations after the vehicle launch, ensuring compliance with local regulations and delivering a premium after‑sales experience.

Key responsibilities

• Establish European warranty and claim system & processes in the preparation phase.
• Take charge of overall warranty and claim operations for the European market after vehicle launch.
• Optimize warranty claim rules and streamline daily operation workflows.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in warranty and claim management within European automotive sales.
• Familiarity with European local warranty policies, claim procedures, and after‑sales compliance standards.
• Experience working in cross‑cultural environments, preferably in automotive, tech, or EV sectors.
• Proven track record in the German and broader European market.
• Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with a start‑up phase backed by a Fortune Global 500 company.
