Event Manager – Global Events & Coordination (Maternity Cover)

About the role

Bugatti Rimac is seeking an Event Manager to cover a maternity leave until April 2027. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the global event strategy for the brand, ensuring that every activation reflects Bugatti’s heritage and Rimac’s innovative spirit.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and roll out the global event strategy and market‑specific plans.
• Track event budgets and ensure sustainable, cost‑effective execution.
• Plan and deliver key events on the Bugatti calendar, including launches, driving experiences, partner meetings and customer activations.
• Coordinate global partners, agencies, suppliers, logistics, guest services and hospitality to meet Bugatti standards.
• Prepare quarterly global event calendars and activation guidelines for regional teams and dealers.
• Support local activations such as showroom openings, customer previews and regional brand events.
• Ensure compliance with global CX and event guidelines across all activities.
• Create and maintain a global event toolkit (templates, visuals, checklists).
• Consolidate KPIs, reporting and feedback to continuously improve event performance.

Required profile

• Exceptional service mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in event operations or luxury hospitality.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
• Strong communication and collaborative attitude.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of brand experience or event management in the luxury sector.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office proficiency.
• Salesforce experience.
• Basic knowledge of SAP.
