Event Producer – Berlin

About the role

We are seeking an Event Producer to join our Berlin office and turn creative concepts into culturally relevant experiences. You will own mid‑sized productions from planning through on‑site delivery while supporting larger, senior‑led projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed production plans, including timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination.
• Lead day‑to‑day communication with vendors and production partners to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Support client communication, aligning on deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
• Handle budgeting tasks such as cost tracking, estimate updates, and proposal development.
• Coordinate across internal teams (client service, creative, project management, talent, editorial, etc.) for seamless execution.
• Lead on‑site production for assigned projects, ensuring all elements meet plan and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in event production, preferably within a creative agency environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, high‑pressure, collaborative settings.
• Deep interest in music, pop culture, entertainment, art, design, and technology.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
