Ex-MBB Strategy Consultant – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants from top‑tier firms to help shape AI learning environments. You will translate real consulting engagements into structured, domain‑specific tasks that train large language models to reason like senior advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Design realistic consulting project scenarios, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Create discrete, structured tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimisation, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate an LLM‑based assessment system.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on project experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical plans.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, and synthesising messy data into client‑ready deliverables.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations under time pressure and uncertainty.
