Executive Assistant – Private Equity (Munich, Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support a dynamic Partner leading the DACH business of a forward‑thinking private‑equity firm. The role is based in Munich and operates in a hybrid model, offering a modern, people‑centric environment with close collaboration across London, the Nordics and the wider DACH region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Partner’s calendar, travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
• Prepare presentations, reports and correspondence in both German and English.
• Coordinate with a small deal team and ensure smooth information flow across European offices.
• Handle confidential and commercially sensitive information with discretion.
• Anticipate needs, streamline processes and act as the organisational hub for the senior leader.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting senior executives in an international setting.
• Fluent German and strong business‑level English.
• Calm, organised, detail‑driven and proactive attitude.
• Discreet, trustworthy and commercially aware.
• Comfortable working in a flat, modern culture.

Required skills

• MS Office 365 proficiency.
• Confidence using modern productivity tools, including AI‑enhanced applications.
