Executive Assistant to the CEO

About the role

Langdock is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support its Co‑CEOs in Berlin. You will be the central hub for the CEOs’ daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination of schedules, travel, and external relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CEOs’ operating rhythm, including calendar, inbox triage, meeting preparation and follow‑through.
• Organise complex international travel and handle speaking engagements, from request intake to on‑site logistics.
• Maintain C‑level relationships with customers, partners and investors, tracking touchpoints and ensuring proactive communication.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, build systems and briefings that allow the CEOs to focus on strategic decisions.
• Handle expense reporting, finance administration and occasional personal‑assistant tasks.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO office team, including the Chief of Staff and Office Manager, on performance management and strategic projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting a CEO or senior executive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Highly organised, calm under pressure and self‑motivated.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, short timelines and shaping new processes.
• Mission‑driven with a strong interest in AI adoption across European companies.
