About the role

Cencora is looking for a dedicated driver to support its global logistics and warehousing services within the World Courier business unit. The role involves transporting temperature‑sensitive shipments, handling cargo at airports and customs, and ensuring compliance with cold‑chain standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform driving services and physical handling of goods at airports and customs offices.
• Store and manage shipments while respecting required temperature ranges.
• Act as the communication link between customers, suppliers, authorities, and internal operations.
• Maintain the condition and cleanliness of the assigned vehicle and equipment.
• Plan routes independently and ensure the cleanliness of reusable transport boxes.
• Be available for early‑morning and late‑evening shifts.
• Carry out additional warehouse tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Experience as a professional driver or courier driver.
• Valid driving licences for categories B and C1 with practical experience; a driver card is a plus.
• Preferably holds a valid ADR (dangerous goods) certificate.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Reliable, careful work ethic and willingness to take responsibility.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
• Good German language skills; English is advantageous.
• Eagerness to learn about cold‑chain transport.

Required skills

• Class B driver licence
• Class C1 driver licence
• ADR certification (preferred)
• Driver card (optional)
