Fahrer (m/w) – Logistik & Transport

About the role

Join Cencora’s World Courier division in Germany as a driver responsible for transporting goods while ensuring compliance with temperature-controlled (cold‑chain) requirements. You will act as a key link between customers, suppliers, authorities and internal teams, contributing to safe and efficient logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform driving services and handle cargo at airports and customs offices, respecting required temperature ranges.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, authorities, and internal Operations/Customer Service as the primary liaison.
• Maintain the condition and cleanliness of the assigned vehicle and its equipment.
• Plan routes independently to optimise delivery schedules.
• Ensure reusable transport boxes are kept clean and ready for use.
• Be available for early‑morning and late‑evening shifts as needed.
• Carry out additional warehouse tasks when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a professional driver or courier driver.
• Valid driver’s licence for categories B and C1; a driver card is desirable.
• ADR (dangerous goods) certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Reliable, careful work ethic and willingness to take responsibility.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
• Strong German language skills; English proficiency is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and work within cold‑chain transport processes.
