Fertigungstechniker (m/w/d) – Präzisionsmontage im Reinraum

About the role

As a Manufacturing Technician you will work hands‑on in a cleanroom environment building and testing multimillion‑dollar display and wafer‑fabrication equipment. You will be responsible for assembling, repairing and testing electrical, electro‑mechanical, vacuum and pneumatic components.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electro‑mechanical assembly, troubleshooting and repairs.
• Conduct audits to ensure parts availability and inspect for defects.
• Test assemblies using fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors and vacuum pumps.
• Document work, install software updates and continuously improve processes.
• Participate in the construction, development and operation of test stands for prototypes and series products.
• Carry out quality control of modules and create deviation reports.
• Perform electrical testing on raster electron microscopes.

Required profile

• Experience with high‑precision assembly in a cleanroom setting.
• Ability to work with technical documentation, change management procedures and sensitive materials.
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong quality awareness.
• Basic proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Handling of vacuum components.
• Use of test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors and vacuum pumps.
• Electrical testing skills.
• Proficiency with MS‑Office applications.
