Field & Content Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Navan is seeking a Field & Content Marketing Coordinator for Southern Europe to support the regional marketing lead based in Paris. You will help design and execute integrated field‑marketing programs that boost brand presence, generate high‑quality pipeline, and support regional revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver live and virtual events, trade shows, co‑branded partner events, and unique localized experiences targeting prospects and key accounts.
• Track performance against KPIs using data and analytics, extract insights, and continuously refine campaign execution.
• Champion agile, high‑impact marketing execution in a fast‑paced environment.
• Localize, transcreate, and translate existing copy and content to fit the French audience.
• Create engaging content and creative copy for French‑language channels, including event scripts, blog articles, outreach sequences, and email flows.
• Stay up‑to‑date on content trends, industry best practices, market developments, and channel opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Content, Brand, Design, Product, and Marketing Ops teams to coordinate and launch projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in marketing, content creation, or event management, preferably in B2B SaaS, travel/expense‑tech, or high‑growth technology.
• Proven track record of executing field‑marketing events and producing content that drives measurable results.
• Strong project‑management discipline and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset comfortable using data to measure impact and iterate quickly.
