Field Operator – LNG Terminal Operations

About the role

Reganosa is expanding its LNG terminal in Brunsbüttel and seeks a Field Operator to ensure safe and efficient plant operation. You will work on a 24/7 basis, controlling equipment under normal and emergency conditions while adhering to safety, health and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor regasification and send‑out operations continuously.
• Observe terminal equipment behavior and report any abnormality or malfunction.
• Adjust operational regimes to meet nomination requirements and optimise energy consumption.
• Create, execute and control work orders related to mechanical maintenance.
• Ensure safe working practices during maintenance activities.
• Participate in emergency response according to the Emergency Response Plan.

Required profile

• Previous experience in oil & gas or a similar industrial environment.
• Fluent English (C1); German language knowledge is a plus.
• Understanding of LNG regasification processes and ship‑to‑ship operations (desirable).
• Familiarity with chromatography systems, gas metering technologies and CMMS (preferably SAP).
• Knowledge of occupational safety, permit‑to‑work, confined‑space and hazardous‑area procedures.
