Finance Controller – Full‑time at Leverkusen

About the role

As a Finance Controller at Orifarm, you will own and continuously improve the financial processes for our German site. You will work closely with international tax teams, auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance, accurate reporting and insightful analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Group accounting standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, with a focus on discounts and fixed assets.
• Take full responsibility for the local audit process and act as the primary contact for auditors.
• Collaborate with international tax teams, advisors and authorities on all tax‑related matters.
• Manage accurate and timely VAT reporting for German entities and Danish companies registered in Germany.
• Analyse financial deviations and KPIs, turning numbers into actionable insights.
• Partner with Business Finance, internal stakeholders and Group Audit to support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration/Finance or completed commercial training.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance or Controlling.
• Fluent in German and English (C1 level or higher).
• Experience in an international, multi‑site environment is preferred.
• Proactive, structured, detail‑oriented mindset with strong team spirit and reliability.
