Finance Controller (VIE) – Munich

About the role

Join OPmobility as a Junior Business Unit Finance Controller in Munich. You will support the Central Europe Controlling Team, ensuring accurate financial performance monitoring and contributing to the region’s strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of regional KPI reporting (gross margin, CAPEX, overdue receivables, inventories, etc.).
• Monitor and support core controlling processes: monthly closings, rolling forecasts, budgeting cycles, and strategic planning.
• Follow up on SG&A costs and management fees for the Munich headquarters and collaborate on the monthly closing process.
• Provide ad‑hoc financial analyses, variance analyses, and management presentations for decision‑making.
• Develop and improve digital tools, reports, and dashboards to increase efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance (engineering school or university).
• Strong analytical mindset with experience meeting financial‑closing deadlines.
• Open‑minded, motivated for an international career; automotive sector exposure is a plus.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Eligible for a VIE contract (European citizenship, age 18‑28).
