About the role

Join Consultport, a fast‑growing global platform that connects companies with freelance consultants, as a Finance & Operations Intern. Working directly with the Chief of Staff, you will gain hands‑on experience in financial analysis, cash‑flow management, and operational strategy while contributing to the company’s efficiency and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize finance‑related processes to improve efficiency and support rapid growth.
• Manage accounting tasks, including cash‑flow monitoring, budgeting, and timely payment collections.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aimed at revenue growth and operational streamlining.
• Identify improvement opportunities across teams and execute initiatives that enhance financial and operational performance.

Required profile

• Consistently ranked in the top 25% of your academic class.
• Previous exposure to finance, accounting, or operations is advantageous.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic coding knowledge.
