Finance Systems & FP&A Manager

Key responsibilities

• Continuously improve the finance data landscape by reducing manual touchpoints, optimizing system integrations, and making reporting and planning processes more scalable.
• Connect finance systems, source data and reporting logic across tools such as Chargebee, Salesforce, DATEV, Xero, Fortnox and Agicap.
• Own the logic between accounting actuals, management reporting, forecasting and financial models to provide clear, consistent, decision‑ready insights.
• Automate and optimise recurring finance processes including monthly reporting, cash forecasting, actuals consolidation, commission calculations and KPI monitoring.
• Design and improve integrations, APIs and finance tooling to minimise manual exports, uploads, reconciliations and spreadsheet maintenance.
• Shape a finance function where smart systems handle heavy lifting, allowing the team to focus on insights, decisions and business impact.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, finance operations or business analytics within a SaaS or recurring‑revenue business.
• Strong fundamentals in financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and management reporting.
• Hands‑on experience improving finance systems, integrations or automation workflows, preferably involving APIs, AI‑enabled workflows or ERP projects.
• Advanced Excel skills with confidence working on large data sets, complex models, pivots, queries and validation logic.
• Fluent English; German is a plus but not required.
