Financial Analyst – DACH & Europe

About the role

Lenovo is seeking a Finance Analyst to partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams across the DACH region, Europe and META. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering accurate financial insights that support strategic decision‑making and performance tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear, actionable insights on business performance through data analysis, reporting and presentations.
• Monitor key financial metrics (Revenue, AUR, Gross Profit) and track variances against plan.
• Conduct variance analysis, identify risks and opportunities, and support weekly forecasting, quarterly outlooks and annual budgeting.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on campaign planning, mix forecasting and performance tracking.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools to improve visibility and decision‑making.
• Support month‑ and quarter‑end close processes, including consolidation, future billing adjustments, inventory accruals and copyright levies.
• Reconcile financial data across systems and prepare consolidated regional analyses.
• Continuously improve and streamline reporting and closing processes.

Required profile

• Solid background in finance or accounting with at least 3 years of experience in reporting, planning and financial controls.
• Experience working in a matrix organization, preferably supporting Sales or Marketing functions.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and challenge the status quo.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
