Financial Compliance Controller – Finance & Analysis

About the role

Euronet is seeking a Financial Compliance Controller to support the German management team with financial analysis, forecasting and the implementation of new business processes. The role contributes to strategic decisions by providing forward‑looking, commercial insights on a regular basis.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business drivers and recommend actions to improve financial performance.
• Prepare forecasts, strategic plans and ensure they are backed by corrective initiatives.
• Oversee full cost allocation and optimise contribution to ATM business profitability.
• Produce and present business material for regular reviews.
• Deliver timely monthly reporting of regional finance KPIs.
• Develop standardised KPI dashboards and track financial effectiveness.
• Explain variances between budgets, forecasts and actuals to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Accounting.
• 3‑5 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis or controlling.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Self‑motivated, accurate and detail‑oriented.
