Financial Controller – Airbus Operations (Germany)

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Controller to support Airbus projects across Germany. The role involves financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and reporting for strategic initiatives within a safety‑critical aerospace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support financial planning, forecasting and budget tracking for Airbus projects.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and conduct data‑driven analysis.
• Manage cost structures, project codes and ensure financial compliance.
• Develop business cases, financial models and scenario analyses.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and auditors to guarantee process accuracy and alignment.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• Previous experience in financial analysis, controlling, budgeting or reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex financial data.
• English at C1 level (mandatory); German at B2‑C1 level is a strong plus.
• Citizenship of an European Union country.
