Financial Controller – Manufacturing Site

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Controller to join our production site in Grenzach, Germany. In this role you will drive financial transparency, support business decisions and collaborate with teams across Germany, the Netherlands and India. You will ensure smooth financial operations while building strong partnerships across functions and locations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate accounting and month‑end closing activities together with the Financial Shared Services team.
• Ensure accurate and efficient day‑to‑day accounting operations.
• Support financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights during closing activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on accounting and audit‑related topics.
• Support process improvements and help optimise finance operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Controlling or a related field.
• Experience in Accounting, Controlling, Audit or Finance.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.
• Structured, analytical and collaborative working style.
