Financial Controller (m/f/d) – Berlin

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our Berlin team at Auro, a fast‑growing mobility operator in Europe. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting strategic decisions and maintaining transparent financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and key financial indicators.
• Run forecasts and variance analyses.
• Support management in financial decision‑making.
• Improve internal reporting and controlling processes.
• Collaborate with accounting, payroll, and external partners.
• Keep financial processes transparent and structured.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience in controlling, finance or accounting.
• Analytical mindset with a structured, detail‑oriented approach.
• Full professional proficiency in German and good English.
• High sense of ownership and responsibility.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred).
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (preferred).
