Financial Controller – Part-Time Hybrid (Munich)

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Controller to join a leading international hotel group in Munich. This part‑time, hybrid position offers the chance to manage the financial performance of a dynamic hospitality portfolio while working 3‑4 days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, analyse and report monthly P&L and balance‑sheet statements.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for hotel operations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis processes.
• Collaborate with hotel management to support strategic financial decisions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a hotel finance department.
• Strong background in financial controlling or finance management.
• Ability to work independently and embrace technology‑driven solutions.
• Fluent in German and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and EPOS platforms.
