First In-House Counsel (m/f/d)

About the role

HOLY is looking for a pragmatic, business‑focused Legal Counsel to become the go‑to legal expert for its commercial, marketing and product teams. You will own legal and regulatory matters, turning complexity into clear, actionable guidance that supports rapid decision‑making while safeguarding the company.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing, Sales and Operations on legal topics such as influencer campaigns, market entry, product claims and packaging.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements with suppliers, agencies, influencers and distribution partners.
• Develop scalable legal processes and templates to enable fast, low‑risk execution.
• Manage the intellectual property portfolio, including trademark searches and registrations.
• Monitor food, supplement and advertising regulations and provide practical guidance.

Required profile

• Legal qualification with experience in commercial contracts and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently and build strong relationships across functions.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on enabling business growth.
