About the role

Airbus Defence and Space is seeking an Aircraft Electrician (m/f/d) for the A400M program in Manching, Germany. You will join a multicultural team that supports the production and modification of advanced military aircraft.

Key responsibilities

• Install modifications according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Perform electrical assembly, wiring harness installation, electrical connections, soldering and crimping.
• Carry out basic electrical tests such as continuity and ground‑connection checks.
• Execute first‑level quality inspections and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Completed training as an aircraft electrician or avionics technician, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in aircraft production is advantageous.
• Strong team spirit, resilience, service orientation and a high sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently, in confined spaces and at height.
• Fluent in German (business level) and good command of English.
• Eligibility for a security clearance.
