FMCG Account Manager – TikTok Shop (Munich)

About the role

Join TikTok's fast‑growing Shop division as an FMCG Account Manager, focusing on Food, Beverage and Nutrition brands. Based in our Munich office, you will drive the acquisition and commercial incubation of new sellers, helping them grow revenue on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Map the FMCG category landscape, identify priority segments and define a clear roadmap for long‑tail partners.
• Plan, execute and monitor category performance to meet all KPIs.
• Acquire high‑value partners, design onboarding solutions and create mid‑ and long‑term account plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support partner content creation.
• Lead internal projects such as campaigns, product launches and B2B marketing initiatives.
• Propose initiatives that continuously improve competitive advantage.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Account Management or a related field.
• Strong network of German FMCG partners and deep knowledge of the German FMCG market.
• Fluent German for communication with local stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation and experience in client‑facing roles.
