About the role

Landor Hamburg is seeking a creative FMCG Consumer (VISID and packaging) Designer to join its brand team. You will work on medium to large‑scale projects, translating client business challenges into compelling visual solutions that strengthen brand value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strong brand concepts and packaging designs for FMCG clients.
• Create holistic visual assets that work across digital, print, and experiential channels.
• Collaborate with clients, design, and production teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.
• Apply integrated design thinking to target audiences and brand objectives.
• Participate in design critiques and ensure continuity across all design touchpoints.
• Leverage AI tools to increase efficiency and speed of delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a brand or design agency environment.
• Strong visualisation skills combined with strategic brand thinking.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Positive, professional communication style with clients and colleagues.
