About the role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Lio, you will work at the intersection of engineering, product, and enterprise customers to bring AI‑driven procurement solutions to market. You will design and implement integrations that connect AI agents with existing business systems, turning customer needs into scalable product capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Build enterprise integrations across APIs, SAP, and other business systems.
• Collaborate directly with enterprise customers to design scalable technical solutions.
• Debug and resolve complex issues in production environments.
• Own customer‑driven product features from implementation through production.
• Develop MVPs and evolve them into reusable platform capabilities.
• Automate deployment and implementation workflows together with product and engineering teams.
• Translate recurring customer needs into reusable product features.

Required profile

• Enjoy solving technical problems across APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
• Take ownership of reliable, scalable solutions.
• Comfortable working closely with customers and translating real‑world challenges into product improvements.
