Founder's Associate Intern

About the role

As a Founder's Associate Intern you will work directly with the founders and senior leadership on Tacto's most critical cross‑functional initiatives. You will help shape the go‑to‑market strategy, explore high‑impact product opportunities, and support the executive team in scaling the business.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end strategic projects, from hypothesis building to operational execution.
• Refine the GTM strategy by analyzing early traction data, defining hypotheses, and testing scaling cases.
• Prepare and support C‑level meetings with key customers and partners.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with all departments to drive high‑impact initiatives.

Required profile

• Pursuing or completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree at a top‑tier university with excellent grades.
• First professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital or business development.
• Strong curiosity and eagerness to dive deep into processes and customer complexities.
• Passion for AI and preferably hands‑on experience building AI‑related projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
