Founders Associate

About the role

Qorelo is looking for a proactive Founders Associate to help accelerate the adoption of its AI‑driven SAP automation platform. You will work directly with the founders and the sales team to build relationships, close deals, and shape the go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Source and develop relationships with SAP consultants and enterprise leads.
• Build and manage the sales pipeline from outreach to close, owning the process end‑to‑end.
• Conduct product demos and technical discovery calls with architects and project leads.
• Represent Qorelo at industry events, on calls, and in the field.
• Create repeatable playbooks and sales materials.
• Collaborate with founders on positioning, pricing, and market strategy.
• Automate repetitive sales processes before manual execution.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, consulting, or an early‑stage startup environment.
• Self‑starter who delivers results without constant direction.
• Strong communicator in writing, on calls, and during cold outreach.
• Hands‑on experience with AI agents and automation tools.
• Willingness and ability to quickly learn SAP and enterprise software.
• Comfortable engaging with technical stakeholders.
