Founding Engineer – Full‑Stack Developer

About the role

Sleak AI is building AI‑powered sales‑training simulations. As one of the first engineering hires you will shape the product, its architecture, and the engineering culture while working closely with the founders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain core full‑stack features (frontend, backend, infrastructure).
• Lead the implementation of AI‑driven simulation logic, scoring workflows and conversation pipelines.
• Turn ideas into prototypes and production‑ready code at high velocity.
• Collaborate with founders on product decisions, technical strategy and customer feedback.
• Establish best practices for testing, code quality, security and documentation.
• Build internal tools for content creation, scenario building and onboarding.
• Optimize performance, reliability and scalability as usage grows.
• Help recruit, mentor and grow the future engineering team.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of full‑stack engineering experience, preferably in early‑stage startups.
• Product‑obsessed mindset with a focus on user experience.
• Comfort with ambiguity, proactive ownership and a builder mentality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with founders and customers.
• Availability to work at least three days per week from the Munich office.
