Founding Full-Stack Engineer – AI Infrastructure Startup

About the role

Join an early‑stage, VC‑backed AI infrastructure startup as a founding full‑stack engineer. You will work hand‑in‑hand with the founders to shape a product that turns scattered project knowledge into structured, AI‑driven execution.

Key responsibilities

• Define architecture and make product decisions from day one.
• Build AI‑native workflow software that operates through automation, alerts, and delegated execution.
• Develop backend services and frontend experiences that handle streamed AI outputs, tool execution traces, partial renders, interruptions and recovery flows.
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand operational workflows and translate them into product features.
• Iterate quickly, prototype, test assumptions and improve the system based on real usage.

Required profile

• Strong full‑stack engineering ability with excellent product instincts.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and grasping complex operational workflows.
• Fast execution mindset without sacrificing reliability.
• Ownership attitude and ability to thrive in ambiguous, greenfield environments.
• Bonus: startup experience, open‑source contributions, AI systems, document‑understanding or automation of manual work.
