Founding Growth Marketer – B2B SaaS & AI HealthTech

About the role

We are looking for a founding Growth Marketer to join a fast‑growing German B2B SaaS scale‑up in the HealthTech space. You will own the experimentation and scaling of acquisition channels for an AI‑powered receptionist platform that automates patient communication and appointment scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Design, run, and analyse experiments across multiple acquisition channels.
• Scale the most effective channels, with a primary focus on Meta paid advertising.
• Conduct CRO, A/B testing and optimise landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Refine positioning, messaging and tone of voice to resonate with healthcare professionals.

Required profile

• Native‑level German (C1/C2) and fluent English.
• 1‑4 years of growth or performance marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or AI environments.
• Generalist mindset capable of testing a wide range of growth initiatives.
• Experience working with AI and automation tools is a plus.
