Founding GTM Business Development Representative

About the role

Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices worldwide and is launching its founding Germany Business Development Representative (BDR) team. You will be the first point of contact for dental practice prospects, supporting both inbound interest and outbound prospecting to fuel rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for a wide range of dental practice prospects.
• Generate new business through outbound channels including email, phone, and creative outreach tactics.
• Track sales activity using Salesforce and other tools, continuously improving processes.
• Pitch Dandy’s value proposition, handle objections, and move prospects through the funnel.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives for seamless client handoffs.
• Contribute ideas to build the Germany BDR function from scratch, shaping processes, tools, and strategy.

Required profile

• 1‑2+ years of professional sales experience in a high‑growth environment.
• Fluent English and native‑level German.
• Experience with cold calling, preferably targeting SMBs.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and eagerness to learn new sales concepts.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑moving settings.
