About the role

We are an innovative AI startup that has recently secured seven‑figure funding and is looking for a Founding Sales Executive to drive our go‑to‑market strategy. This senior, remote‑first position is based in Germany and offers a competitive compensation package.

Key responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Generate new business using cold calls, email campaigns, and conference networking.
Maintain and maximise CRM usage in a structured, organised manner.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align messaging with AI product value.

Required profile

4+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in AI or B2B SaaS.
Proven track record of winning business through multiple channels.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Self‑motivated, results‑driven sales mindset.
Fluent in English and German.

Required skills

What we offer

Base salary €70‑90K per year plus OTE €100‑120K.
