Founding Technical Account Manager (French Speaking)

About the role

voize is building AI companions that automate digital workflows for frontline workers. As the first technical point of contact for the French market, you will own the end‑to‑end technical experience of our initial French customers, from implementation through ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical planning, setup, and rollout for new French customers, guiding them from scoping to go‑live.
• Own all inbound French support requests, triaging, troubleshooting, resolving, or escalating within agreed SLAs.
• Diagnose complex issues across the app, backend, customer IT environments (networks, devices, MDM), and integrations.
• Create the French technical playbook: documentation, escalation paths, response standards, and issue tracking.
• Represent French customers internally, feeding recurring blockers to Product, Support, and Solution Engineering.
• Collaborate with EU teams to define clear escalation routes and reduce ad‑hoc dependencies.
• Identify common technical blockers in the French market and translate findings into improved processes and product feedback.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing attitude with the ability to communicate technical concepts fluently in French.
• Hands‑on problem‑solver who can work independently and build repeatable processes.
• Experience in technical support or solution engineering for SaaS or enterprise software.
