Freelance Construction Manager – Data Centre (West Germany)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join a leading contractor on a high‑profile hyperscale data centre project in West Germany. This freelance position will involve overseeing all on‑site construction activities from mobilisation through to commissioning and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day construction activities on site.
• Coordinate multiple contractors across civil, structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines.
• Drive project delivery against schedule, quality and HSE objectives.
• Lead site meetings and ensure effective stakeholder coordination.
• Support testing, commissioning and final project handover.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager on data centre, mission‑critical, industrial or large‑scale EPC projects.
• Strong contractor management and site leadership abilities.
• Fluent in German and professional English.
• Willingness to work on‑site in West Germany for the contract duration.
