Freelance IT Support Technician (L1/L2)

About the role

Everience is looking for a Freelance IT Support Technician (Level 1 & Level 2) to provide on‑site technical assistance to its employees across multiple locations. You will be the first point of contact for hardware, software and network issues, ensuring a smooth and productive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site support for desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 and common enterprise applications.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access in Active Directory.
• Handle service‑desk tickets, meet SLA targets and document resolutions.
• Support meeting‑room AV equipment and basic LAN/Wi‑Fi connectivity problems.
• Monitor production‑environment dashboards, KPIs and maintain inventory records.
• Follow ITIL processes for incident and request handling.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of on‑site IT support experience in a large enterprise (400+ users).
• Strong customer‑service attitude, analytical mindset and ability to work independently.
• Fluent in German (native) and English; French is a plus.
• Motivated to learn, improve procedures and contribute to documentation.
