Freelance Mobile Engineer (iOS & Flutter) – Remote Europe

About the role

We are seeking a Freelance Mobile Engineer to join a fast‑growing scale‑up based in Berlin. The role focuses on building and enhancing mobile experiences using iOS and Flutter, supporting a product‑driven team that values rapid iteration and direct impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain iOS applications while extending functionality with Flutter.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into high‑quality code.
• Integrate mobile features with AWS services and backend APIs.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong product mindset – you think beyond code to user value.
• Experience working in scale‑ups or start‑ups.
• Comfortable in fast‑moving, dynamic teams.
• E‑commerce experience is a plus.

Required skills

• iOS development (Swift/Objective‑C).
• Flutter framework for cross‑platform development.
• Working knowledge of AWS services.
