About the role
We are looking for a freelance on‑site IT Support Technician to work at our client’s premises in Munich. The role involves delivering both Level 1 and Level 2 technical assistance, ensuring the smooth operation of the IT environment and providing prompt solutions to end‑users.
Key responsibilities
- Provide on‑site support for hardware and software incidents at the Munich location.
- Deliver Level 1 (first‑line) and Level 2 (second‑line) troubleshooting and resolution.
- Maintain the stability and performance of IT infrastructure, systems and tools.
- Respond to user queries, create and update tickets, and ensure high user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to optimise IT services.
Required profile
- Proven experience in both Level 1 and Level 2 IT support roles.
- Strong problem‑solving attitude and proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
Required skills
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) administration.
- ServiceNow ticket and incident management.
