About the role

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience as a Customer Experience trainer.
• Strong background in the automotive industry, preferably premium or luxury segments.
• Proven track record in delivering training and facilitating workshops.
• Comfortable interacting with senior managers and stakeholders.
• Fluent in the local language of the assigned market and proficient in English.
