About the role

We are looking for a Freelance Site Supervisor to join a subcontractor team on a datacenter project in Dusseldorf. The role is full‑time onsite, requiring at least 55 hours per week and a hands‑on approach to managing HVAC installations.

Key responsibilities

Supervise the installation of HVAC systems across the datacenter site.
Lead a crew of 6‑20 workers, ensuring daily tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
Conduct toolbox talks each morning to align the team on safety and work plans.
Coordinate with general contractors and the HSE manager to meet all local and onsite safety requirements.
Maintain clear communication with onsite HSE leads and report progress.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Site Supervisor role.
Proven HVAC project experience, preferably on datacenter, pharmaceutical or semiconductor sites.
Strong English communication skills.
Ability to manage teams of 6‑20 personnel.
